Bitter Hearts Tattoo

I had my ears pierced last weekend and the owner was great. I’m a huge wuss and he kept me calm and is super friendly. His personality is perfect for the work he does. Very happy with the experience and the job he did.

Some guy named desmond who was an apprentice here did my neck tattoo in 2023 on my left side but it’s horrible, we never got into the shading & this guy had the worst line work I’ve ever seen when it comes to a tattoo and not even a close resemblance of what I was going for.. been trying for two years now to get it fixed by anybody at this shop on Mahoning ave but they are always closed when I try to stop in or don’t answer the phones 🫤 I did tip the guy 40 bucks after wards and the tattoo was about 180 bucks so yeah.

DONT GO HERE. I got a tattoo last week waited a few days all the ink wipes of and I see it’s not even all the way done. The shading is awful he over lined everything it doesn’t even look nice at all. Honestly after a few days when it’s all nice and done and you really see the work it’s like a 3 rd grader drew on my hand with sharpie

I thought this place was weird when I walked in but gave it a chance. I’ve had my bottom lip pierced for several years and have had no issues with it ever. Until it closed, I came here to get it re-pierced. Told the guy I wanted it in the same spot as it was very relevant where it was placed. He completely failed at doing so. Lined it up completely and missed. Not only that, but I have a huge pus filled bump inside my mouth now and can’t even have my piercing anymore. I have had nose piercings, belly button piercings, 8 ear piercings, my lip, etc. never had any problems with any of them until now. I can’t even press on the outside of my mouth because of it.

Thank you Jaisea! I took my sister and I to get our piercings done. Jaisea was very accommodating and a doll to work with. Felt very comfortable with her. And our piercings look fantastic with her eye for detail.
