Came in shortly after opening. Staff greeted immediately and I was taken care of quickly! Kate the Great was amazing, very informative and did my peircing quickly. Second time coming to this location and I have zero complaints!

Nikole was absolutely AMAZING!! From being to end! She was alone in the shop when I came in for a tattoo! Tattoo artist hadn’t arrived just yet but Nikole sat with me and we talked and shot the breeze! I absolutely loved her energy and her story of wanting to be an amazing tattoo artist when her time comes! I enjoyed her and our conversation so much I talked myself into getting my septum pierced! I was nervous since I hadn’t had a piercing in YEARSSSS but Nikole talked me through it all and she was super sweet, quick, confident and awesome the whole way through HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Got a tattoo from John back in December he did my Grey brain 🧠tumor ribbon with a cross on my left shoulder! Looks amazing I've gotten so many compliments! Great work,great lines it turned out perfect!!I will have him add "Survivor" under it when or if it gets removed!! #cancersucks!🙏❤💪

Most unprofessional rudest people! I came into the store in Cleveland today with a simple task. All I wanted to do is buy some jewelry for myself. There was two people in front of me and I waited my turn ! I waited over 45 minutes before they took three other people and still haven’t even acknowledged the fact that I’m standing right there, at their jewelry case! I made sure I made eye contact I smiled and I said I guess I’m going to go find another place to purchase my jewelry for my piercings! Now, I could’ve said something while I was standing there, but why be rude or show rudeness to other customers when it’s not their fault. So I will leave my “Karen”comment here ! I wouldn’t have even given them one star, but it won’t let me post this unless I do!

We walked in and I got 2 tattoos and my friend got 1 no wait. People here are real cool and chill. She did a great job and I’m coming back soon to get my leg sleeve done!
