Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I got my first 3 tattoos from Vanessa who did absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

I got on my nostril and bellybutton piercing done here and they both healed perfectly, no infections, no inflammation, super friendly atmosphere, Loo did both my piercings and she was the sweetest I even got a lollipop after lol

I found Garden of Ink online and was able to book a session next day. I’m on vacation in NC and wanted some tattoos! Vanessa did amazing work. The environment is friendly. I will definitely book another session with. U next trip to NC.

Love this shop! Recently visited again to get another tattoo from them. Booked online, appointment accepted in a timely manner. Vanessa reached out and got me in sooner than originally scheduled. Great communication throughout. She took my idea to a whole new level and I absolutely love it. She also touched up a previous tattoo I had gotten. She made sure I was happy and comfortable the whole time. Friendly staff. Overall another great experience

I originally came to this shop during their Friday the 13th special and I was in love with how chill the shop was and the quality of work so when I was ready to get another I reached out in hopes of getting an artist that was there during the Friday the 13th sale but they were no longer working there so I was put into contact with Vanessa. To start with she was almost an hour late getting into the shop but I was understanding because of her night before helping the shop owners husband set up his gym. My tattoo was to take an hour and a half-two hours but it ended up taking 4 hours between phone calls, and walk in piercings. Little did I know my tattoo was going to be horrible! After the tattoo was done she told me she didn’t have much practice with color and that she had been nervous about doing it. Well that’s painfully obvious now because it’s scared like crazy from single needle coloring and needs some major love to look like I wanted to it. I have shown pictures while I was healing and she did not seem concerned with how it was looking but offered to do a touch up when it was fully healed however I just can’t put my arm through that pain again from poor technique/experience just for it to probably look even worse. I’ve since been blocked by the shop, without any further follow up, I know the response from them said to reach out but I can’t if I’m blocked (not that I’d give them another chance anyway). I’m only coming back to this review because I was notified of it helping others.

I’ve gotten 3 tats from Ryan McCarthy (@lilranch_tats) now and I couldn’t be happier. Ryan was very helpful in making my ideas come to life. Each time I’ve been there, he showed me the stencil he had made and was very open to the changes I mentioned. He even offered helpful ideas on the spacing with my other patchwork. And the other artists offered help with the stencil placement so it felt good to have multiple opinions. Good yap too. Felt more like a barbershop with the artists joking with each other and making the client feel included. Other shops I’ve been to either felt too quiet or just awkward. I also noticed the other artists working closely with clients on their designs. Everyone seems very skilled/professional. I’ll continue going back.

The best of the best!! Kind, welcoming, personable, talented. Can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!
