This shop is not what it seems online. The owner runs things without a license and treats his apprentices unfairly, often taking their work or ideas and claiming them as his own. On top of that, the way he talks about women is disrespectful and uncomfortable, and the overall environment feels unprofessional. His wife steps in to manage the situation, but instead of holding him accountable, she enables the behavior, so nothing ever improves. The glowing reviews are misleading too. They push every customer to leave 5 stars in order to receive “free aftercare,” which sounds nice until you realize the products are cheap and don’t really help. If you don’t leave a review, they don’t just drop it they’ll reach out using the phone number and email you wrote on your paperwork, which comes across as invasive and harassing. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and professional shop, this isn’t it. There are plenty of other studios where both the art and the people are handled with respect.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many 5-star reviews, because my experience wasn’t good. The owner doesn’t have a license, and from what I saw he takes advantage of apprentices by making them do work he doesn’t credit them for. He also makes weird comments and tends to sexualize women’s bodies, which made the environment uncomfortable. Most of the time, his wife is the one who tells him what needs to be fixed, but she also seems to excuse all of his behavior, so nothing ever really changes. The aftercare situation is also shady. They tell you that you have to leave a 5-star review in order to get free aftercare, but the products are super low quality anyway. If you don’t leave the review, they’ll use the info you wrote on the intake forms (phone, email, etc.) to keep contacting you until you finally give in. It feels really unprofessional and honestly a little invasive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this shop. It’s not just the tattoos — it’s the whole environment and the way they treat people that makes it a bad experience.
