An earring stack and piercing is 130 for earring and piercing and 175 for the matching jewelry stack The girl who thought she was assisting us Young fair skin long brown hair middle part was BLAH Gave me a bunch of I cants no what I can do is. She was like an AI. She said I have other jewelry it’s just not displayed at least 3 times and never offered to show the jewelry. It’s giving. I don’t want any business or to make a sale. If I take it personal ITS GIVING I DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS! No problem! Me or anyone I know. Tell a friend to tell a friend cowpoke in the heart of the city Elmwood village has so many hoops to jump thru and didn’t want to even hold the hoop!

I've been visiting Cowpok for years for all my piercings and jewelry. There is *no* competition as far as I'm concerned. The professionalism, cleanliness, and jewelry selection are absolutely top-notch! I will not go anywhere else!

I have been pierced at the both locations- first with Trevor at the Williamsville in location for my bridge in 2021 for a second time ( first was over a decade ago at a different studio in Rochester ) - appointment and consultation went great , jewelry selection was straight forward - he was confident in his approach to an old piercing / scar tissue- the piercing healed beautifully . 2025- Ive come back and was recently pierced with anna at the elmwood location - let me tell ya-consultation was thorough, and collaborative. I was scheduled for lobes and septum. They recommended a different approach to what was initially booked to achieve the desired look on my lobes and reopened a piercing channel I hadn’t even considered( that’s why we hire professionals!) , gently helped me understand the benefits of that route. I had my septum re-pierced as well - but in the correct spot and i couldn’t be any happier with the placement .They are incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient as hell . Front desk reception ( i missed their name, so sorry! ) was accommodating and friendly-The communication between coworkers , booking , adjustments in jewelry selection after consultation and pricing was very upfront which I appreciate. Clean, friendly, professional - I always felt I was in good hands.

I had such an easy going experience at CowPok. I came in for a piercing, and Anna was my piercer! They were extremely professional and straight to the point, while also making me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They are definitely going to be my new go to! I have 12 piercings total, and they were by far the best i have ever gone to! Update: I have been back several times to Anna and everytime, they have been so amazing and soo accommodating. Very quick and to the point while giving you all of the needed info. They have made every experience an amazing one! The people up front are always very nice too and always answer any questions I have! :)
