**Scroll to bottom for TL;DR Got 4 helix piercings: a frontal, a mid, and two hidden. The piercer took her time helping to explain and go over all parts of the piercing process, cost, and aftercare before we got started as well we walked me through it all again during and after. She helped me with picking jewelryI both liked and fit my anatomy best and was more than accommodating during the piercings: answering all my questions and explaining things I struggled with, checking in, coaching me through each piercing, offeringbreaks or water betweenpiercings, letting me set the pace and order of everythingwe did, etc. When it came to placement she was very patient with me having the markers repositioned multiple times. A couple of times my anatomy didn't allow for the placement I wanted but rather than just saying no, she explained why certain adjustments didn't work in a very clear and easy to understand way as well as helped work with me to reposition my other piercings to best achieve what I was looking for. For example this happened the most with my forward and mid helix because I plan to add a small chain once they're healed as an alternative to a traditional industrial bar, which I don't have the anatomy for. The only issue I ran into was with my frontal. There was a bit of trouble with the transfer and the back closed immediately so it had to be pierced twice. My piercer and a second piercer original tried to get the back through without another need since it was only a very thin bit at the back. It was my decision to just repierce it to save some time and effort, not something the staff forced me to sit through. Other than a bit more blood and scabbing, though, the piercing came out fine and shouldn't have any additional issues healing (I do plan to baby it just in case though). Other than than, the jewelry cost is separate that the cost of the piercing which is more so the service fee. Not a problem but something some people may want to know ahead of time. It made things a bit more expensive than initially intended but my piercer walked me through all the pricing and ensure I stayed within budget. The four piercings, two basic ball tops and two designed tops, came to $375 total. $40/per helix, $20/per ball tops, and $155 between the two designed ones I chosen to get instead of regular jewelry. In addition to the piercings I got, the hostess was able to take a look at my tragus piercings that were done from by a different shop and are at the tail end of healing, but have been taking longer than average and had been a bit problematic during the healing process. She helped me to make sure there wasn't any infection, assess the irritation I was having with them, and explained that, while I was at the end of average heal time, there were some factors as to why mine were taking longer but they were still healing normally and weren't anything to worry about. After showing her the aftercare products I was using, she was even able to explain to me how and why they weren't good to used despite being popular and well reviewed products. I got her recommendation for what to switch to and she aswer all my questions about future piercings I plan to get. **TD;LR: Friendly, accommodating, and attentive staff Clear, easy to understand communication and explanations Pricing a bit higher than expected because service fee and jewelry costs are separate, however this allows you to choose whatever jewelry you like and want rather than be stuck the the basic default jewelry. 4 helix piercings (2 basic jewelry, to designed) = $375 ($40/helix, $20/basic, other jewelry varieties)
