Ladies were very easy-going. Very professional and very clean. They were straightforward with prices and didn't change the price once everything was done.

Katie was wonderful with my daughter for her first ear piercings! She explained everything in detail and did a practice run to calm her nerves. We will be back for any future piercings for her or I.

Lady that did my earlobe piercing was vary kind and fast was good at her job was in and out under 10 mins and had them centered perfectly 100% would recommend

Got a portrait of Jimi Hendrix on my forearm and it turned out horribly. He has a cartoon jaw and looks like Micheal Jackson off the thriller music video lol. Currently looking for ways to fix it or cover it up. There was a lack of detail I feel like and barely little effort whatsoever.

Katie is the ABSOLUTE BEST IN BILLINGS. I get so many compliments on my piercing, her name and location is easy to remember which is good for business. She also has heart of gold. She's very detailed and professional. Oh and don't forget the $$, her prices are reasonable for the average working person.

My 4yr old was very sure she wanted her ears pierced. The sadie was able to accommodate. They were very professional and my daughter said it was painless. We plan on going back for my other daughter when she's ready.

Wow! Walked in at 10 to see if we could get tattoos today, all staff was friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. They luckily had an opening and got us in. Adri tattooed both my wife and I and was fun and friendly conversation the whole time. Definitely coming back for more, even with it being a 6 hour drive. Thank you Adri! You are amazing.

All the piercings i’ve had done by Katie have healed well with minimal issues. She’s very knowledgeable and clean, I always end up back here.
