My wife and I got tattoos last night at Keepsake Custom Tattoo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were able to get us both in as walk-ins, which was awesome. Jon was my artist and Rich was Corey’s. Both of them made us feel completely comfortable, which makes such a huge difference when you’re in the chair. They listened to what we wanted, suggested a few small tweaks for design and placement, and the results came out perfect. The tattoos themselves? Awesome. Exactly what we were hoping for. The vibe was fun, easygoing, and professional all at once—we laughed a ton and felt right at home. The woman at the front desk was fantastic as well (I wish I remembered her name). She was super friendly and made the whole process smooth from the start. Special shoutout to Jon: I’d gladly make the six-hour round trip just to get tattooed by you again. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.✌️🦃🦃

Needed to find a naval ring smaller than my state stud and they had something in my size. The piercing artist helped me pick something since I couldn't really figure out how long the bar should be.

I’m currently in the process of having tattoo laser removal at Keepsake. Every 6 weeks I’ve been seeing James for the laser treatments. He’s extremely professional, informative, attentive & knowledgeable! I’ve been extremely satisfied leaving after each appointment. The first couple sessions have been tolerable with the laser. He did warn me that with each visit, the intensity increases & suggested a numbing cream if necessary. After the 3rd visit I believe? I found it necessary. I purchased one off Amazon & I can’t say enough good things about it because after maybe my 7th session I still feel nothing! (I’ll attach a picture of the numbing cream.) Unfortunately I did have to put a brief hold on the removal as I just had my baby girl 8/8/2025 🥰 As soon as I get the clearance from my doctor, I’ll be resuming! I know they worry about risk of infection but I will say after each session my skin has healed perfectly with zero issues! 🤞🏼 Mainly because James knows what he’s doing! (My first visit to Keepsake was over 10 years ago when Kyle tattooed this tree sleeve!)

I went for my first tattoo and it was great the process was quick and very easy. Daniel explained everything and the results exceeded my expectations. Overall great first time experience and I highly recommend.

Keepsake is my favorite and only studio! The staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. I routinely buy my jewelry from them, and they have done me so many solids whether its changing them out, replacements, etc. Leo is an incredibly talented piercer and I love going to him for any piercing needs. Keepsake values their customers! I value keepsake!

Alright so Jon on 2nd floor guaranteed a half sleeve on my arm. June. Convinced me your piece will be done for 3-500$ I showed up early. I was charged with his artist spending an hour and Jon acting methed out. I watched Jon charge me. He wrote 2 15 minute breaks which added money then proceeded to tell me that “oh there must be a language barrier there” when he rung me up for 1.1K tattoo that didn’t even cover a bicep. These clients get there reviews off children who get pierced. 90% of there reviews If you want a first tattoo. Don’t go here. Jon refuses to this to day to try and make it right. For Christ sake dude has a tat of “Only Mom can judge me”

To start off, John was amazing at the front and so. SO thorough. Leo did an AMAZING job at my re-piercing of my nose. Day 3 feels like nothing is there. Not even sore or swollen and did it without a clamp. Fun to talk to, did the piercing when I was ready, and everything is so clean and sanitized. My husband also got an AMAZING tattoo from Brent. Definitely a hidden gem if anyone is looking, THIS is the place to go.
