Came in to get matching tattoos with my best friend and Mike was able to fit us in with one days notice! Extremely friendly and welcoming environment, price was perfect, the shop is SO cute and has the best music. Everyone here was wonderful. Ended up getting a piercing while here, too! Zach was awesome!

Cannot recommend this shop enough! Great vibe from the get go! The piercer Zach and tattoo artist Mike were both amazing! My bestie and I are here for vacation from Ohio and I really wish this shop was back home so we could come more often. Thank you both!!

Showed up for my 10:00 AM appointment only to be told our artist had left the shop the day before. No one bothered to contact us. The excuse? The front desk said the appointment “wasn’t important” because it was entered as a 30 minute follow up. That same staff member was the one who booked us for a four hour session three weeks earlier, just like the other four hour sessions we’ve been doing every three weeks. Heck, I even confirmed the appointment by phone 2 days before this. Apparently, being a steady, returning customer doesn’t make you “important” here. Instead of taking accountability, the front desk stared blankly and offered to rebook us with someone we’ve never met, without showing portfolios or even asking about style. Zero thought, zero effort, zero ownership. Even worse, the owner/manager stayed hidden in the back, leaving an untrained front desk employee to deal with the fallout. No apology, no attempt to make it right, no professional leadership at all. That’s not customer service, that’s negligence. How hard would it have been to: A. Pick up the phone when the artist left. B. Apologize sincerely when we arrived. C. Step in as a manager, show us other artists’ work, and try to fix the problem. We’ve put in the time and money here, but clearly that loyalty means nothing. If basic communication and responsibility are too much for this shop, don’t expect them to handle your business with care.

Belly button piercing was quick and 2/10 pain scale for piercings, turned out great super happy with it.

I got my daith piercing here and it was wonderful. The piercer (Alexandra) and front desk lady (Maddie) (forgive me if I spell their names wrong!) were kind and welcoming. They even managed to get me in 30 minutes early for my appointment which was great! The piercer explained everything she was doing in detailed which helped me calm down a little and let my mom be with me when the piercing was done. They answered all of my questions and let me talk away. Overall 10/10 experience I 100% recommend this business!

Excellent experience for my daughter’s ear piercings! The piercer was so amazing and made the experience so special. The staff at the front desk was very kind and the location had vibes—loved the interior design.
