I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from Crucial and each time was an absolutely lovely experience! Each staff member is extremely friendly and definitely makes you feel welcome! I’ve had Madison do all 3 of my tattoos and I am obsessed with her work! She is extremely talented and gifted. She’s super friendly and I absolutely love her company. If you ever want to get an amazing tattoo definitely choose Crucial!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Brian is the absolute best!

Took my daughter to Crucial to get her septum pierced today. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. The piercer, Em, was awesome. Super knowledgeable, informative and caring. It was obvious that she is passionate about what she does. My daughter was nervous, but Em was very patient and answered all of her questions and did a great job of making her feel comfortable. Emily definitely gained herself some loyal customers today; we won’t be doing business with anyone else moving forward.

My sister, mother and I got our navel piercings done by Emily. She was absolutely wonderful, caring, careful and simply the best. She made sure we were well informed, felt comfortable and liked our piercings. Emily thank you so much, you have very soft hands, we are so happy you did our piercings...!
