Madi and the team was very nice and welcoming! Got my first belly piercing here and they were very kind to me regardless of me being afraid of blood and needles! I’ll make sure to visit again :) !

Nobody asked me to write this review! Seriously the only good place I've been to in the area. When I called and asked for a certain piercing, the guy speaking (who I later learned works the front desk) informed me about the requirement for reasonable anatomy. He was also patient with me as I had asked 3 or 4 questions. I booked an appointment and walked in the next day. The first thing I noticed was how stunning their gold/titanium/steel jewelry store selection was. As soon as they were available, he and Maddie greeted the people in the lobby, immediately getting us started. Maddie told me right off the bat that high nostrils would not work on my nose, so we settled on double eyebrow like "heck yeah!" Maddie did an absolutely pheNOMENAL job in all aspects of the piercing process. She walked me through it, talking about little things in life and giving me opportunities to share about myself, too. She marked, measured with longer barbells, cleaned, marked again, clamped, and poked. Again, phenomenal and I WILL come back if I decide on a new piercing. Again, I was not asked to write this review. I mean everything with my whole heart because it's simply a great thing to have a place with such a professional yet calming atmosphere right here in Laurel. Overall 11/10, very satisfied.

Maddy was so extremely nice, helpful and understanding!!! I had gotten my ears pierced previously at Rowan's Body Art, and both the piercings got messed up pretty bad with a hypertrophic scar behind each one. She put new earrings in with a very fair price and really compassionately; I would recommend her to anybody wanting their ears pierced at a great cost.

DIO DOES DOPE SHIT He’s the best!

I've been going to Big Art since last year and between my daughter and me have had a different experience with our piercings . She healed faster than me but I'm still in the healing process after nearly a year. The stylist there especially Maddie has been very very helpful and has made me comfortable enough to go back for help even though my healing process has been so much slower . Very understanding and helpful. Definitely recommend 👌

I was so nervous getting a piercing since I haven’t in years. Maddie made the experience wonderful and calmed my nerves down completely. The process was swift, painless, and professional. Definitely coming back for future piercings!

Came in about a week ago in hopes to get an Industrial ear piercing. Thankfully, Dave was experienced enough and honest enough to let me down gently, and refuse to give me what I wanted. My ears aren't shaped properly for such a piercing, so I had to pass on it. However, he did do a *wonderful* job with both nostril piercings, that day. Genuinely just a wonderful experience, start to finish. The shop is clean and interesting to look around. Dave and Maddie were a delight. I had had my nostril pierced somewhere else, a few years ago.. and let it close up. That one took a couple months, to stop being super tender and bothersome...and never felt like it quite healed right. It's been a week since Dave poked two holes in my nose, now, and both my new piercings are barely sore at all, after diligently following Dave's aftercare instructions, daily. I can't speak to the tattoo portion of the shop (though all the art and vibes seemed to clearly translate over to that, here, as well!) but, if you're looking for piercings, this is for sure the place.

Came to this location for the first time ,out of curiosity. Maddie was such a phenomenal Woman, thank you so much ! She took care of me when I was feeling a little off. Place was well greeted and cleaned . Definitely coming here again !

Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any establishment! I was greeted with good energy as soon as I walked through the door and from start to finish, my visit was an enjoyable one! I had the pleasure of getting pierced by Maddie and she was great! Very thorough and clean! She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable throughout each step! I highly appreciate her for that! I will definitely come back for the other services that they offer!
