Wayne was awesome. He was able to do a cover up of a name with a mustang. It was exactly what I wanted & his professionalism was on par.

Corey did an incredible job! He was quick to help me figure out exactly what I was wanting. He is very kind and put me at ease. Beautiful work and a wonderful price! I will be returning! I also had a Medusa piercing there. She was very gentle and quick! I always know what to expect when I go there. Great service!

i hate that i have to leave such a review, but this was my very first piercing i have gotten and it went terribly. i got my nose done on September 11th of 2024 by Sara, i went in to castle of color unknowing of their hours and asked if they would be able to pierce my nose that night. i do take responsibility for showing up so late, but at that time i didn't realize they were closing soon and she still agreed to do the piercing, that's one of the issues. if she wasn't willing the take the time and precision to do my piercing well, she could've told me to come back another day and i would've happily agreed. instead she agreed to do my piercing anyway and I'm assuming that's why it went wrong. Sara herself was a great person to have do my piercing, she explained well and talked me through the process, a very kind women, i just wish the work corresponded with her actions. and again, i had to leave such a review, but i had full trust in her that my piercing would be great. end of September/early October i started to have bumps appear on the inside of the piercing which wasn't a huge deal, they would dry out and go away. in November, it appeared to have been fully healed until a bump started to appear on the outside of the piercing. it continued to grow and did not go away until just a few days ago. this is where the main issues is , once the bump was gone i figured it would be best to go ahead and change my piercing to the hoop i've wanted after correctly following the instructions i was given BY THE ARTIST. i took out the stud and once i tried to put the hoop in i could not get it through, i tried bending the hoop and trying anything to make it work. once the hoop is in, it wouldn't go through the bottom of my nose, the reason being because the piercing was done crooked. i will never be able to put a hoop into it unless i take it out, let it fully reheal, get a new piercing, let that heal all over again, then i can put a hoop. its very disappointing to have my first piercing be done incorrectly especially because the main point i made to Sara was i wanted a hoop in as soon as possible. i'm truly upset and heartbroken that i've spent my money on such a waste and something that's only caused pain, I'm upset that i spent $85 just to get this done plus tipped her well for it to be done incorrectly. i do not recommend this place and i hope by reading this the business can work harder to do better by their customers, and i hope anyone who comes here can avoid wasting money on something they will have to remove. my piercing is never going to fully heal regardless of the jewelry i have in it, I'm always going to have struggles which is the reason i'm removing it. the stud itself wont even sit flat against my skin, truly disappointing. it truly sucks to have to leave such a review of someone elses work, but i truly hope that the business overall can do better for their customers, as well as their younger customers, because if i had known at the time that it would crooked i would've removed it before it got bad, or i would've voiced a concern immediately. i do understand mistakes happen, but being an artist it's your job to make sure those things don't happen on paying customers.
