Piercing team: 5/5 great communication, service, and delivery. Tattoo team: 1/5 waiting 11 months for my tattoo to be touched up due to artist cancelling multiple times. In applogy artist refunded 3/4 of my deposit because only a small fraction of the services were completed. Tattoo manager later emailed me to complain I had accepted the refund. This staff member resigned soon after taking a leave of absence which included my new appointment time. If you get a tattoo that requires multiple visits this isn't a viable location due to being so booked, but all arrists are very skilled and will give you a good tattoo.

Got a tattoo from Kari. I have 14 other tattoos from various artists and kari will now be the only one to add more. She was kind professional and fun as hell. She has done work on my brother sister and mother. Her ideas are amazing and I already have another appointment scheduled with her. O yea the new shop is very cool I mean they have a corner space designed to look like master Roshi's house. %100 the best tattoo place around

Went in for my first tattoo. The artist was Abby! She did a fantastic job and made my first tattoo a great experience. I was in and out under an hour which was not expected! Will definitely be coming back to them for any more work!

had probably the best experience i could of gotten! all the staff was so nice especially Ramona. she explained everything perfectly, the whole process was smooth sailing, and she knew exactly what she was doing. definitely will come back for future piercings.
