Tattoo Union offered the precise design, style and beautiful artistry I was hoping for in starting my leg tattoo. Helen was very responsive and helpful with scheduling, and Master Hori Fong created an amazing piece.

I treated my daughter to her 1st tattoo to celebrate her 18th bday…wow! Not only is the tattoo cool her tattooist was wonderful. Ash has a gentle hand, great suggestions … mad talent. Thx for the great experience Tattoo Union❤️! Would recommend.

this was my first time coming to this shop and i had a great experience! the front desk person was nice and really personable with myself and other clients in the waiting area. i came in to get snake bites and the piercer Helen was the best! she explained which jewelry she was going to use and why, explained the best placement for my anatomy and was very professional throughout the piercing process. i’ll definitely be coming back and recommend them :)

I got all my piercings here and have nothing but positive experiences! Helen, who pierced my ears, is incredibly responsive, professional, kind, and informative, and has always been so patient with me, especially when helping with understanding the aftercare treatment. Five stars isn’t enough for how professional and kind they are. No other shop I would want to go to!!

Couldn’t even get anything done and still felt uncomfortable. I Was gonna get my piercings here and was willing to pay, I live pretty far so I made sure to contact about the piercer’s availability before making the trip. The piercer wasn’t even there at the time promised and then changed to an hour later, also (what felt to be racially motivated,) the treatment of dropped smiles, cold attitudes, and dry service while being there discouraged me from the whole thing regardless. waste of my gas and time!!! extremely disappointed

I had an amazing experience with Eno! He was incredibly detailed and made sure every part of my tattoo was perfect. He was also super friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great tattoo artist!

Helen is AMAZING. She is so down to earth. She makes you feel comfortable and explains the whole process as she goes. I have over 20 piercings and she made the two I got (the conch and the frontal helix) close to painless. She is awesome. If you are in chicago looking to get a piercing, you’re missing out if you don’t go to Helen. Will always come back when I am in town from San Diego. Thank you again!
