The overall environment was very warm and inviting. I got a tattoo here, my first one, and the person who tattooed me was very kind and reassuring through the whole process. I also got my ears pierced and the person who did that for me was very friendly. Overall, everyone seems to be very knowledgeable on the services they provide and have amazing customer service skills!!

Cody was awesome! My daughter and I got matching tattoos. It was her first, and he was extremely patient and understanding and really helped her work through her nervousness. Thank you!
