Every appointment with Selena is truly a magical experience. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and passion for her art set her apart from the rest. I absolutely love her work and wouldn’t trust anyone else to bring my ideas to life! The shop itself is spotless, and I love how each artist has their own personal space, it makes the whole experience so comfortable and inviting. Every artist I’ve met there has been amazing, and I’ve also gotten pierced by Sara, who is just incredible. Can’t wait to keep coming back for more!

I am a few days late posting this review but Sara did an amazing job with my nose piercing as well as my nieces! Her personality is amazing and she puts you instantly at ease. It's clear she is an expert! We were also walkins and still able to be pierced same day.

Just came back from getting three piercings with Sara and couldn't be happier with the result and experience. She is the best kind of person you want to get piercing from - knowledgeable, caring, precise, and freaking hilarious! I've had piercings from other studios before but Sara stands out because of her attention to detail and the way she emphasizes truly proper aftercare. Pricing was clear and affordable. I also want to shout out the other workers there who were very sweet and welcoming to everyone who came in. One of them was working with two young women who were getting their first tattoos and he was very patient and took a lot of time to ensure that they were getting exactly what they wanted. Undertow deserves their high rating.

Sara was a wonderful piercer. She was worth the drive I made from down south. Knowledgeable and funny plus she walks you through every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I came in with an inflamed cartilage piercing that I was convinced was going to hurt terribly to deal with. Sara was able to reduce the inflammation, take out my old earring, and put in a better new one with literally no pain at all, and she talked me through everything. Would highly, highly recommend getting pierced by her, she was very chill and friendly and clearly knows what she's doing!

Today I got my nose pierced by Sara and it was an amazing experience. I didn’t feel any pain at all and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. I left really happy with the result. I totally recommend her! 🥰🥰🥰
