I had an appointment for a jewelry swap with Birdie. She was quick and always has that sweet/welcoming personality. The shop was busy with several piercing walk-ins yet she didn’t let that create a rushed/frantic experience. Very professional and provided a great service !

My wife called around town looking for a shop to get our baby's ear pierced. Birdie was responsive and informative. We showed up to our appointment and Birdie talked us through the process.
