Absolutely loved the customer service of Rebecca the receptionist and piercer Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn did an outstanding job piercing my nose 11/10. Definitely recommend. Piercing and pierce pricing was fair.

I brought my grandmother in for her very first tattoo, and the experience couldn’t have been better! The team went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable, youthful, and excited about the process. The atmosphere in the shop was incredible—calm, welcoming, and full of talent. I kept finding myself complimenting the artists, not just for their skill, but for the classy, professional vibe they created. It’s rare to find a place where you can get an amazing tattoo and also feel so respected and at ease. Truly unforgettable!

This was my second tattoo at the Scottsdale location. Xtian took my description of what I wanted and made me a one-of-a-kind design. The price was exactly in line with what I was expecting an “easier” tattoo would cost. I’m super happy with the results.

Kaitlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable in discussing jewelry based on location of the piercings I wanted. She made the experience easy and alleviated any concerns I had.
