They messed up my piercings. I got snake bites and it was so fucked, the swelling was horrible, I had to get longer bars and they couldn't get the cars in cause of how badly the piercer did it. They placed the piercing on the inside of my mouth to low and it causes issues. Didn't give me a refund or anything. Terrible service

Only place I will go to or take family too! Cindy is an amazing artist! She did my son's birthday tattoo that has a lot of meaning behind it. It is a very sentimental piece. She made my son so happy with his first tattoo! Thank you Cindy and all the staff, you all are wonderful!

I recently got my back dermals done and not even 2 hours later one fell out as i was coming out of the shower. I go back to tell him that it fell out and he says he cant put it back because my body is “rejecting it”. ( Thats not how that works). A day later the 2nd one falls out. I call to ask if i could get a refund. ($100 for both to fall out in less than 2 days). He claims it’s my fault and that i wasn’t taking good care of them. He also said that because of the pants i was wearing caused it. (Also not how that works.)

Juan did a phenomenal job with a difficult cover up. He was quick to come up with the design and added some additional touches to really tie it all together. Thanks Juan!

been here before for my nostril and nipple piercings. this time i went in for lips. the guy seemed pretty knowledgeable on the piercings i got but he kinda seemed like a hater. other than that it was ok.

Absolutely loved the service I got today. Very nice, friendly and professional. I got a piercing done in my ear and my eyebrow pierced and the guy (I can’t remember his name) who did it was absolutely amazing with it. 10/10 would recommend him!:)

Everyone up there is super awesome I had a bit of a scare with a tongue piercing I got and it got pretty messed up but they gave me a free piercing on the house, I’ve never had any actual issues with them my body just hates me sometimes lol, but the guy up there doing the piercings is super nice. Really cool good place. Highly recommend their services.

Love this place! They did both my septum and Medusa, they turned out so prefect. Also the staff is lovely!
