I got an industrial piercing done here and instead of educating me and informing me that I did not have the correct anatomy for it, they did it anyway. My piercing couldn’t heal even thought I took care of it carefully (not my first piercing). It’s disappointing that they didn’t feel like actually helping me, but rather just wanted to take my money instead. Go some where more reputable.

Got my piercings done with my sisters a weekend ago. First impression of Chad, he came off like a dickwad college frat boy. He wasn’t very good at ensuring me and my sisters safety as we were very nervous. I had the intentions of getting two piercings but after seeing how he had pierced my sister, I decided to stick to one. I have gotten previous piercings done before and had always felt comfortable and safe, as well as having all my questions thoroughly answered. When faced with questions about what kind of earring would be best suitable to ensure the healing process would be easy, his only response would be, “Whatever is your preference” as if I’m the professional. He was very rough and aggressive when he did my third piercing and even have a video of him doing it. I have never gotten my thirds pierced the way he did it and now my sister (who had gotten a cartilage done) and I are both experiencing bruising around the piercing. Would never recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to get any piercings done. Tip: go to a female piercer instead.

Will forever love this shop! Everyone is helpful and talented. Recently went in for a cover up, didn’t know what would work but Rocky had just thing. Between the design and the color palette, I am in love. Will be coming back for more in the future
