The elephant design came out even better than I imagined, and she was super flexible and collaborative with suggestions throughout the process. Booking was easy and stress-free, and the shop itself has a clean, professional, and welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Kaitlyn was not only professional but also incredibly personable, which made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.
