World Famous Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Piercing

Extremely disappointed with this Tattoo parlor. My husband and I visited this location on May 18th and showed the front desk lady what tattoo he was looking to get done. They pointed us to the artist they believed could get the job done. Okay perfect. We talk to the artist show him the idea pictures and he said he can give us a sketch ahead of time so my husband can be adjustments as needed. We set an appointment for June 22nd at 10am which they required a $100 deposit for. The $100 is then put in a gift card for the location that we would use at the appointment. We text the artist June 3rd asking for a date when we would have the sketch. He lets us know he would have it by the end of that week. Nothing. So we text him on June 13th for again an idea of when we will have the sketch he didn't answer until June 17th that he would send it over that night. And then Nothing! We finally text him June 21st the day before the appointment... and he cancels on us. He did inform us he had some family emergencies he has been dealing with and if we could reschedule for June 28th. At this point my husband and I decide we don't want to get anything from this company anymore. So I visit the location on June 21st asking for a refund for the deposit. Now I understand the deposit is suppose to be non refundable however the lack of professionalism and accountability should allow for them to make an exception because THEY cancelled on us and have not provided any sketch as they kept promising. They did not want to issue a refund and told us that the artist can do it June 28th and that he will have the design to us by Monday night June 23rd. They also offered us to get the work done at another blue horseshoe tattoo in Virginia Beach. But of course you can not call in to inquiry so we had to drive 30 minutes to Virginia Beach to which they said the artist there is almost twice the dollar amount as the artist at the original location. Finally we agree to let the original artist take until Monday June 23rd to get the sketch done and if we liked it we would agree to wait until June 28th. June 24th morning comes and no sketch. We official gave up and are getting the tattoo done else where. Save your time and MONEY and go somewhere else. Because this experience really left such a bad impression of this place.

Steph did an amazing job on my tragus piercing. I’ll be back in 4 weeks to do the other ear! My only suggestion is that the “no children” sign be placed at the front door and within eye level. It is currently placed on a column by the front desk 8ft high.

steph is the best piercer ever and one of the coolest people. very professional and treats you like one of her own friends. if you want any opinions or questions about a piercings or even decide getting one, she’s the one to go to.

I ABSOLUTELY appreciate Jeremy! I was definitely nervous but he put my mind at ease and was gentle. He made this an easy process for me and that will most certainly make me go back to see him again for future piercings!

Jeremy was PHENOMENAL and so gentle. Awesome personality and really great guy. Definitely plan on going back to see him again for another piercing!

I will not recommend this place too anyone , I went in there a few minutes ago , too get my eyebrows re-done & it was this girl there before me which was fine & the girl @ the register was moving really slow & then when it was my turn too go up there eventually, I told her I just wanted too get my eyebrow repierced & she asked for my ID & I told her I did not have my ID on me & then she asked my age & I told her I was 29 & she told me that I was an adult , like girl duh I know that & she told me she still needed my ID & she seemed too had an attitude while talking too me , but I really didn’t care & she kept asking me for my ID I said girl whatever & walked away , she clearly stated I was an adult which I am & still don’t know why nothing couldn’t be done , but o well , I will take my money & go somewhere else & never go back here ever again , horrible experience 🙄🥱

Came to get my nose ring changed. Super friendly and fast service.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I went in and got my smile piercing replaced because my ball fell off and the next day the whole piercing came out because she didn’t put the ball on tight enough. I called asking for a refund or if they could replace the piercing and they said I still had to pay to replace the piercing even though it’s their fault it fell out because they didn’t put it on tight enough. So if you want a shitty job and to waste your money, go there.
