I brought my four-year-old daughter in to have her ears pierced for the first time. Mandi provided a thorough explanation of the piercing process and aftercare instructions, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. She was patient, efficient, and clearly experienced. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and properly sanitized. I highly recommend their services.

Amazing experience with Mandi! Me and my mother recieved a nose piercing while my cousin got her anti eyebrow done. Mandi was extremely helpful, kind, and took great care of us! Would definitely recommend her 😊

Mandi (pin.up.piercer on IG) did a fantastic job with my daughter's nose piercing. She fixed a prior piercing which was placed wrong and ensured everything was done safely and sterile. Also ensured my daughter had everything she needed for aftercare.

Mandi and Ceirah are knowledgeable, patient & the B-E-S-T. They corrected some piercings, that others had crUnked up. They offer honest opinions, about what jewelry looks good and thoroughly measure the position and placement of the piercing(s). Good pe0ple!!!!

I've had my septum pierced by Ceirah and a small tattoo done by Rob. I highly recommend both of them and this entire establishment! Everything is so clean, professional, and comfortable and the artists and piercers are incredibly helpful and super chill; I've never once felt uneasy or genuinely nervous in there because they make a truly trustworthy and comfortable environment. Not to mention the price point make customizing your avatar, so to speak, so accessible, especially in a college town; my septum was $25 including jewelry and my tattoo as a shop minimum design ($60). My friends and I come in regularly for things and it brings us immense joy every time!
