I went there, and the moment we walked inside, the owner of the company(Melissa)extremely rude. With an angry look on her face, My friend and I were shocked by how unprofessional and unfriendly she was. Honestly, I had already read a few reviews complaining about the same behavior, and now I see why. Instead of trying to improve or treat people better, she responds rudely ,especially the owner. If you want your business to be successful, your actions should reflect that, but here it was the complete opposite. In the end, I’m glad we chose not to do business with them. It’s unacceptable to treat potential clients this way. I’m writing this so others know: if you plan to go there, expect rude treatment. Or maybe, after enough reviews like this, she will finally realize that being kind and respectful to everyone who walks in is the only way to build a successful business.

The male who did my tattoo told me my idea was pretty boring and suggested something else, so me, feeling stupid, took his suggestion and it’s just so poorly done. It looks awful.

I first came in here several years ago to get my 5 YO daughter’s ears pierced. She’s grown up, and we both came in together to get both lobes done. I highly recommend! We did not have to wait long, it’s extremely clean, professional and friendly. I highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Absolutely they live up to their name BEST PIERCER IN UTAH (I think it’s actually “BEST TATTOO ARTISTS IN UT” BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN TATTOOED THERE YET - ONLY PIERCED BY THE BEST PIERCING/BODY MODIFICATION ARTIST - BRANDY COOMBS - AND SHE IS 110% THE BEST EVER!!!!) So Malissa Shaw (owner - and I def understand why!!) first replaced my 6 earrings (3 on each side) and my eyebrow post because I had been in the hospital for 2.5 weeks and they (very crappy) took out all my piercings except 1 earring, my 2 lip piercings and my 3 septum piercings AND then they lost all the backs and/or bent them to all heck - Seriously NOT cool - So Malissa also pierced my left nostril, which I think is totally gorgeous, then I went back to see my love (Queen B) Brandy to get my left conche pierced which again I think is gorgeous!! I will absolutely be going back to see Brandy for additional piercings and Malissa for some tattoos 😁 I am telling you - This group of body modification artists are such wonderful humans - They treat you like family from their first meeting with you to their 100th meeting with you lol - Truly they are all absolute gems!!!! And their prices are ridiculously cheap for the fabulous work they do!!!! Also, the attached pics are first just myself, but I totally forgot that in November 2024 my daughter (top right) and her friend (top left) got their septums pierced and then my daughters friends mom (bottom middle) got her right nostril pierced (2nd pic) ✌🏼I highly highly recommend them - Seriously DO NOT miss out on their fantastic work - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! 🖤🫶🏼🖤
