Maddie is amazing! I was super nervous to get my helix pierced, and she was soooo nice to me and made it such a smooth experience! If I ever am looking for another piercing I will be going to her!

I’m very unhappy with the services I did NOT get here. I tried to book with James “Jimmy” on the website and messaged him on Instagram for good measure. He said the website bookings weren’t working and that I could book on Instagram, red flag #1. I asked for a 2” custom piece for my birthday and booked a month in advance. I provided two concept designs and sent pictures of that actual inspirations for the tattoo I wanted. Day of, he texted to cancel red flag #2. So I was skeptical about booking again but I liked the tattoo outline he’d done so I booked again a week out, which we scheduled for today. I messaged him this morning, no response, and decided to go in a couple minutes early for the appointment, only to find out he mysteriously wasn’t there. Someone explained something had happened and he wouldn’t be in at all today. I understand unpredictable things happen, but twice in a row?? And not a text to let me know or anything red flag #3. I was super excited for this custom piece to honor my dad on my birthday and have been met with what I’d call rather unprofessional behavior! I never leave reviews but I’m very sad and really disappointed in my experience here trying to get a tattoo. I’m sure the other artists are great and I love the work I’ve seen on Jimmy’s Instagram but because of this fiasco, I don’t recommend!

My wife has been trying to get a birthday tattoo and was working with Jimmy. Communication wasn't great and he canceled the first appointment so she couldn't get it on her birthday. I understand things happen so we rescheduled for a week out but when we showed up for the appointment time, we were told he had to leave and wasn't avaliable. No communication or anything. Not getting back to us about it. Dosent seem very professional which is unfortunate. If you do go here I wouldn't recommend working with Jimmy. Dosent seem like he cares a whole lot.

Jimmy was an absolute artist, did an amazing job of styling my new tattoo. He is fenamanal, so proud of him.🥸 Silliest man I know.🕴️Makes the appointment a joy.🫶

I got 3 piercings from Chelsy, it was a quick and easy process. She kept me in the loop with how to process goes, and I noticed she was very aware of not contaminating the sterilized field which I really appreciated. I got light headed at one point which she realized without me even saying anything and got me water and a sucker. Long story short if the other apprentices there are half as professional as Chelsy you’re in very good hands.

Jimmy was so amazing, he was very efficient and precise. His work is amazing!!

I got my first two tattoos done by Jimmy as a walk in and he did such a great job! Will definitely be going again!

They now charge 20 dollars to help with an earing, doesn't matter if you bought in the past or got the piercing there. Apparently hydrogen peroxide and Qtips are a 20 dollor cost. Now I have find a new piercer again.
