I’ve done walk ins with all my piercings here. I love them and the environment

I've gotten two tattoos from here; the first time went relatively fine despite the fact that nobody seemed to remember that I had booked an appointment for a tattoo, they didn't have an artist in the building who was free to do it and they had to call in M'Kenna to do it. M'Kenna was really sweet and professional to me the entire time and I ended up loving the tattoo I got from her, however I and my girlfriend have had other problems at this studio. The same day I got that tattoo, my girlfriend got snakebites from Jessica, who told her to come in a week later for downsizing. She did, E and Jessica were there, and E laughed at my girlfriend because it was, in fact, too soon to downsize (but she was just doing what she was told by the person who pierced her). Jessica said to come back in another week. She went in again and Kaia was there and told her it usually takes at least a month to be able to downsize. I don't know why she was ever told it'd only be a week or two by Jessica but it was stressful for my girlfriend to be told so many different things and to be laughed at by the owner for listening to the person he hired to pierce her. Lastly, my second tattoo; which was on their Friday the 13th flash sale— They were super busy so I give a little grace for that, because I know it was probably stressful. However, it wasn't exactly organized the greatest. The artist who tattoo'd me I'm pretty sure was an apprentice (dragged lines, some are uneven and unfinished, almost forgot a part of the tattoo while doing it, it bled pretty bad (which my first one didn't) and I was never asked if I needed a break by the artist), which wouldn't be a major problem if I wasn't told that they kind of just throw apprentices in right off the bat without any training from E and that all their learning was online. Overall/TLDR; The place is kinda sketchy and kinda toxic. If you're looking for a place with good communication and any attempt for a smooth, not stressful, process I wouldn't go here.

Went in for snake bites a few months ago with Jessica, pretty nice experience since it was just a walk in appointment because my fiance was supposed to get a tattoo that day. (Which they scheduled for us then claimed it was never scheduled. We talked to the OWNER when we scheduled it and then he was already working on a HUGE tattoo for someone else so they had to call in an artist that was off for that day) When I got it done I was told BY JESSICA, to come back in a week later to get the bars resized. So I did. When I came in I was sort of laughed at by the owner because I had just got them done and came back in a week later. Was then told by the same piercer to “come back next week” (two weeks from my original piercing). Which was when they did their Friday the 13th sale. When I came in 2 weeks later I was told to go see Kaia to do my resizing. She proceeded to tell me with a sad sympathetic sweet expression “no…. You’re not supposed to get those resized until at LEAST a month later” so I then had to wait 2 more weeks with these long ass bars. It’s been 2 months and I’m terrified to go back because of how weird it’s been and I STILL don’t have them resized. I’ve also heard terrible stories about the owner E, they make their apprentices do all their walk in tattoos. The professionals with full licenses only take appointments and they off load their walk ins on the apprentices which was also an issue I had with my tattoos (most of the apprentices are VERY kind and sweet they just need to learn more before doing complex tattoos). I do not recommend this studio AT ALL. Not to mention the things I’ve heard about how they treat their employees and ESPECIALLY apprentices.

Jessica is the best piercer I have met in a long time, she lets you take you time and goes when you are ready, she will give you great suggestions for piercings if you don't have the anatomy for a certain one and always helps with any questions you have. I have gotten 12 piercings from her and will continue going to her for as long as I can. ❤️❤️

I was told my tattoo had to be a walk in when their ad clearly stated appts. could be made for the special they were offering. I made an appt. after having to argue with E saying "no appts" for the offer. I explained it was for my birthday and I didn't want to walk in and be told no one was available. I explained what I wanted done only to be told by E that I had to draw it up myself because there wasn't already flash art of it and "drawing it wasn't included in the price". Only to be told later that I didn't have to draw it by MaKenna who, closer to the appt., asked if I had drawn it up (which I did since I knew this would end up being a problem). I made the appt for the tattoo a week ahead of my birthday at the shop for a tattoo from MaKenna and then was told by her on the day of my appt. that she had made another appt for my exact time. I had to PROVE with the appt card that I had made an appt and only then was told a different artist could take me instead. At this point Kyra did the tattoo that I had drawn myself. I contacted her 2 weeks later for the free touch up but she didn't respond until a month after saying she was no longer able to help me because she no longer worked there. I contacted the shop insta and was told by the owners wife that the owner, E (Edson), would honor the free touch up. I went in and had to argue with him about doing it but he said he would do it so I left him my number at that time only to have to call in a week later as he never responded. When I called the shop I had to give my info to him again. He contacted me 6/25 saying he could see me THAT DAY and gave a 4 hour window. I didn't see this until after the window had ended and contacted the shop to which I was told he would contact me, again. I was contacted a few days later to be told he could do it on July 16th and that this would be the LAST chance to get the free touch up (Free touch ups don't normally expire) even though he only contacted me twice to do it. There was NO ACTUAL SCHEDULING of the touch up (besides the "final" offer) that they later claimed they had RESCHEDULED with me 3 times. I accepted the "final" offer as he made it clear this was my only chance to do it. Due to the rudeness, runaround, false advertisement, and down right audacity I experienced I contacted the BBB. In retaliation for doing so the shop owner, E, banned me from the shop claiming they he didn't want anymore "slander" against the company. Banning me is ILLEGAL under FTC law Customer Review Fairness Act. They also blocked me from their Facebook and Instagram. I have proof AND a witness to ALL of this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, and I definitely DO NOT recommend dealing with E in any form. I do not want ANYONE to ever experience what I did.

They are amazing here!! I called about a walk-in and was immediately helped. The lady who I talked to was so helpful and kind to me! She immediately connected me with Luci to get in asap! They are so sweet and really make you feel safe and comfortable here! Luci did my little surfboard quickly and beautifully and was very cautious of any pain I might be in! I would 100% recommend coming here!! I will be coming back for more! :)

Pierced my ear with the shortest bar possible after saying it was the long one. It was not and so it won’t heal and rejected. Waste of money they lied about the bar length.
