I got a septum and a nostril piercing here. the septum is pierced very crooked, one side of the hole is in the sweet spot and the other is further back. My nostril has been an absolute nightmare because i was pierced with the wrong jewelry, i was given stainless steal L shape stud with a cone setting instead of flat bezel gem. The bar through the piercing was too long and caused irritation moving up and down, the leg of the L poked right into my swollen nostril, and the cone setting is digging into/ widening and sawing at my piercing hole. I did my research before hand and knew that a implant grade titanium flat back labret with a flat/flush bezel setting was better but i dint speak up bc of my social anxiety (lol my fault ik). I had called the front desk to verify that they pierced with a latter and i was told they did. Please consider going to a piercer that uses the correct jewlery. I will say that the woman was nice and i believe everything was sanitary.

Between me and my family members, we have had multiple piercings and tattoos here and never once had a bad experience. My husband had a neck tattoo done here that looks amazing. I got a ring tattoo years ago that still looks as good as new and I am religious about washing my hands. My 5 year old just got her ears pierced today and she was so nervous but the piercer (I am terrible with names! I am so sorry.) was amazingly kind and patient with her. The staff are all knowledgeable and professional. The place is clean but comfortable. I absolutely love coming here. They definitely have lifetime customers in me and my family.

I got a vertical lower lip piercing and the woman who pierced was so quick, so smooth, so kind!! I'll be back in a few weeks for more. Literally the easiest piercing I've ever gotten in my life

I have a question I got my eyebrow pierced back in a different state and it's time for me to change it and I just want to know if you guys will be able to change it I have the new piercing that I want I'm just too scared to change it's my first time ever having one!!
