I just did my nose piercing today from pin cusion..The girl name Emily she did my piercing..it was just absolutely mind blowing job she has done..definitely recommending

I went in nervous and sweating. Walked out happy and smiling! Ally was really good with making me comfortable and it was done expertly with no pains. Only thing is it’s first come first serve and it’s pretty crowded so be ready to wait atleast 30min+

Definitely would not recommend getting a genital piercing here. They went too deep with mine, and I had to take it out. It caused some scarring. They’re great for ear and nose piercings though!! The woman who did my nose piercing was rushed and pretty rough. I won’t be coming back. But everyone’s experience is different, and there are other piercers there that I did not see. I wouldn’t have any worries if I was getting something as simple as an ear piercing, which to my understanding is most of the clientele.

Took my girls to get their ears pierced and the ladies are such sweethearts. I did my daughter's ears years ago using a gun and she was traumatized after it. Plus I did them in the wrong spot.(never do this guys!) Anyways I came here to get her ears pierced again and the lady(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name-was a teacher ) who got her piercing done was such kind and made her feel comfortable and she smile the whole time. Also my 6y who has zero pain tolerance didn't even cry one bit. I just want to thank you all for getting us in and out quick. I do want to give a quick advise though. When I called with questions about piercing my girls ears I was told about signing the waiver BUT was not told about bringing paperwork to prove they are my kids. Please please let parents know ahead of time when they call that paperwork to prove is needed because I was lucky to have some but othes might not.

Very friendly staff. Friend had belly button and eyebrow piercing. Prices were less expensive that others I checked.

Every piercing i’ve got from here has swollen like crazy, both of my helix piercings have grown bumps over the back and need to be pushed out, it’s painful, unnecessary and a waste of money. My nose piercing also fell out, they do not pierce properly, they do not use a longer earring back to make space for swelling like other piercing shops. They do not care to correct their mistakes. I asked for a snug fitting hoop and I was told I would get that. When she put the hoop in I was extremely unhappy, it was much too big and when I complained they did nothing about it, wouldn’t give me a refund, a discount, nothing. I payed $100 and was misled about the sizing with no refund offered. I do not recommend unless you want to get your lobes pierced, but honestly claire’s could probably do it just as well.

Excellent experience from checking in with Nivea all the way through the piercings with Chase. My daughter and I went and though it is busy and popular they really took the time to answer questions and create an individual experience. Nivea and Chase were incredibly sweet and personable. I was a little nervous (ears pierced as a baby, so technically my first chosen piercing), but Chase was so kind and patient. With the crowd she could have easily been tempted to rush us or be insensitive. However, she was incredible and treated me as a top priority and helped ease my nerves. I would definitely recommend and go back. Great experience, atmosphere, and results....there's a wait but it was worth it.
