The best tattoo shop with the best artist in Dallas

I was initially excited to work with the artist who designed my tattoo, but after being referred to another artist due to the original artist’s hospitalization, things didn’t go as expected. The design I received ended up being more of a copy of my inspiration rather than the unique, custom piece I had wanted, and this issue was not acknowledged by the manager, Ramiro. When I requested a refund, the communication was unprofessional, and I felt my concerns were ignored. Instead of addressing the situation or showing empathy, Ramiro focused on the "threat of claim" rather than addressing my disappointment with how the situation was handled. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the experience and how my request for a refund was managed. It’s unfortunate because I was excited to work with the original artist, but I feel that my concerns were dismissed throughout this entire process.

I Finally found my forever artist after a long search with Marco! He’s simply amazing and talented and has a light hand, which I love. He’s very funny and easy to talk to! I highly recommend him! At this shop ALL the artists are great so you can’t go wrong. The style of the shop was on point and very clean. Go see Marco!!!

I had a great experience from the beginning that I walked in allthe Tattoo artists are friendly and polite respectful all of them are great tattoo artist. I really enjoy putting the design together and working with Ramiro, I had an awesome experience.
