No words can explain how comfortable I felt from the first time I walked in there to talk to someone and that’s when I met Brian. I’ll tell you right now I’m glad I met him. He answered so many questions and made me very comfortable and we are working on a design right now for my second one he’s been very helpful and honest on what would be the best options. Brian put me at ease with the anxiety of that being my first tattoo. It really put my husband at ease with how clean the shop was and nice the whole team there is. If my husband, will let me get a couple more I will definitely trust Brian and always get a tattoo from him. Again, really I can’t say enough about Brian.

My girlfriend got an awesome tattoo here from Brian. Plan on getting some of my crappy tattoos fixed here in the future. Very clean and very friendly. I'd recommend this place 100%

So happy I found Will and Battleground a few years ago. I’ve followed them from Franklin to Spring Hill. The work and overall experience is amazing and his work is unparalleled. He’s the only artist I’ll let work on me.

Clean knowledgeable staff (friends now) place is clean and they really do not mess with any unclean practices. Great line work and super finished work. They are the premier place to get a tattoo. We have our friends fly into Nashville to get tattooed

It was such a great and fun experience! My mom and I came here to get a matching tattoo, and it was her very first tattoo as well. Randy was awesome, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend anyone come here for a tattoo!

I got my first, second (and only) tattoos ever there. Didn’t know a thing about the process and was very impressed from bringing the concept to them, to the post care instruction. Would definitely recommend

Wow. Just. Fantastic experience. I’m not sure how many tattoos I’ve had. All from several different shops. Not one of them compares. Rates are great, but y’all know the rule: “Good tattoos are not cheap, and cheap tattoos are not good.” I’m already planning some fixes and new things. Thanks Battleground, and thanks Brian.

Brian Russell is great!! He did an awesome job on my tattoo and the entire shop vibe is amazing :) everyone in there was extremely nice and very talented!!!
