I reached out to Rayne by messenger and she responded so quickly. She's great at communicating and answering questions. I brought my daughter in for her first tattoo for her 19th birthday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely a far cry from my first tattoo experience. The shop was clean and comfortable. My daughter LOVES her tattoo. Rayne put her at ease. The lovely receptionist brought us snacks and water. I had messaged Rayne before we came in to see if I could get my nose pierced and she was happy to accommodate. She also told us both to reach out to her if we have questions or concerns. She was very thorough in describing what to expect. Over all a lovely experience and I can't wait to have her do my next tattoo!

Best customer service I've experienced from any tattoo shop. Tattoo turned out amazing with some of the best line work I have so far. I will be making this my go to shop from now on. Rayne is definitely worth the visit.

I initially went to Skin City Ink to get a piercing. I also had a tattoo that I desperately wanted removed. Over the last couple of months my tattoo lightened drastically. Last night I got my cover up. It is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, the time taken, and the amazing hospitality that I was given. Thank you so very much Falls, you created a piece I'm proud to wear. Thank you Rayne for the piercings that healed beautifully! Laid back environment. Very personable staff. My wife went for a piercing with Rayne. I left with a neck tattoo. Falls knocked my tattoo out of the park. He's very professional, good sense of humor, excellent work, and reasonably priced. My tattoo has healed up and last night I went for some more ink. Second one has the same quality, great line work and he is very light handed. Thank you all for a great experience. My wife and I will be back! Guaranteed. I highly recommend this shop.
