If you want to pay hundreds of dollars to get your ear reconstructed this is the place to go!! 3 years ago i got double industrials done by the owners daughter, who i later found out didn't have an actual piercing license. When she did my piercing she pierced the bottom on my industrial through my cartilage and the bottom of the ear skin. This caused massive keloid tumors to form on the bottom of both of my industrial piercings. Throughout the last 2 years I’ve had to take out the bottom of my piercings and get many many expensive $300+ treatments to fix my ears. I now have to get plastic surgery on my ear to fix the problems this business caused. Don’t ever go to this place, they’re unprofessional and their wavier that you sign is just to protect them from getting sued later on for their malpractice

I’m new to Tennessee and was looking for a piercer to exchange my already existing nose jewelry. I walked into the establishment and the staff was really nice.The place was clean and had a nice vibe. The piercer wasn’t there but Ashley(the front desk associate) accommodated me. I gave her my number and she called me to let me know when I was able to come in. Doni was a joy. They were very gentle throughout the whole process and made sure to inform me about all the ins and out regarding the different collection of jewelry. My nose was measured which I had never done before and made sure I got the right sized jewelry. Every single time I’ve gotten my piercings exchanged I’ve passed out. I made Doni aware of this. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER I GOT A EXCHANGE AND DIDN'T PASS OUT. I’m really grateful for this experience because it showed me what to look for in a good piercer. Thank you to Doni and the team I love my new jewelry! I will be coming back to this place of business.

Great tattoo shop. Very clean environment. Very friendly staff. The artist that tattooed my son did an amazing job( I believe John) . Offer to touch up anything at no charge, although it doesn't seem hell need touch up. I would highly recommend and we will revisit.

My artist was Jon Goad and he did so AWESOME!! He was super friendly, I got to talk with him about every little detail I was worried about, and he was fun to talk to during the tattoo. Highly recommend him. He is so epic.

Paola did a fantastic job with helping my vision come to life. I had an autograph tattooed on my arm, and wanted to make it a Polaroid picture. She paid such great attention to the size and placement of it, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

This is the best shop by far! Not only is the owner amazing, but it's a family business and it is always clean and efficient! I have never had a bad experience there and I've gotten 10 tattoos from them!
