Via my piercer was very informative and supportive through the whole experience. Loving my new piercings and I'll be surely revisiting for more in the future. The tatto house is really charming and the piercing studio was very cozy and clean.

She is skilled, reassuring, and takes the time to explain each step, which I truly appreciated. The quality of her work is outstanding. I love that the shop prioritizes a welcoming, inclusive, and professional experience. Not to mention, the way they've utilized this gorgeous old house! I'm already planning my next visit.

First time today meeting Zac at Empress today and I can’t sing his praises enough. Everything was explained as he was setting up, full communication the entire session. His work is incredibly diverse and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Very chill and laid back atmosphere I will absolutely get ink therapy from again! The staff was welcoming, sweet and amazing overall.
