I’m from out of town and seen all the great reviews so I decided to try it. Prior to booking my appointment I had to put a non refundable deposit down, which was fine with me. Before I made a final decision to book I told the receptionist that I’d like 2 tattoos but 1 of them I have an idea of what I’d like and would the artist be help to finalize so details and she said yes. I sent 1 picture the day before I got there because that was all I was allowed to upload. I go in there and met the artist and he initially sat with me in the front room so I can explain what I wanted. When I told him I wanted the fish to look a bit more feminine, and maybe lips on it he pretty much said that doesn’t make sense, which was the 1st negative! He tried to work on both pictures but I didn’t like the way 1 drawing came out so I told him maybe I’ll only get the fish today. I sent him the picture so we can fix a few details but instead he printed 3 sizes and sent the pictures with the receptionist instead of coming out himself. As she came out and started explaining things, she was very nice, I told her I should be having this conversation with the artist. Why am I having a conversation with you about details I want fixed and now we have to keep going back and forth- for whatever reason she now became the middle person. Her response was he doesn’t understand English that well which wasn’t true because he was communicating with me fine prior. I found the artist to be extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and just rude. I told her I no longer want the tattoo because of the experience and the artist should be communicating with me- not a receptionist when the artist is right there. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. My experience was horrible!

Just got my tattoo by victor. He beautifully put two inspiration photos together to create my arm tattoo. I am very happy with my experience and how nice and accommodating they were. I called for a walk in and was able to get an appointment same day. Great line work. Minimal pain in tender areas. Would highly recommend this establishment.

We walked in (They're appointment only) while on vacation and thankfully they had a cancellation so they were able to service me. It's my first tattoo and I couldn't be more pleased. Rick was fantastic and it was a great place.
