Excellent customer service. Beautiful work. Great atmosphere. We were on vacation last year and stumbled upon them. They did so well that it was one of the reasons we decided to vacation here again.

I finally decided to get my first tattoo after thinking about where I’d want it for years. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The shop was clean and my tattoo came out great! Will definitely recommend these artists for anyone looking to get their first tattoo or 100th.

Joshua Sisk does phenomenal work whether you take him a design or he creates it himself. He has done all of my ink and as long as he's in the business he'll be the only one to do mine.

I feel so sad to even write this review because everyone in this shop is so nice, but I’m so upset about the situation that I feel it's important to post a fair review. I went here for 2 different tattoos. One was just a small, simple script on my arm, the other was a floral piece on my other arm. I wanted 8 flowers (my kids birth flowers) on my arm in watercolor. I consulted with Bob who referred me to Josh. I showed Josh my idea and he told me confidently that he could do it in 2 sessions. I gave him creative freedom with putting the flowers together, because he’s the artist, not me. When I came in for my first session, he did line work. I left feeling like it looked pretty good, but it was really dark. Tons of black and shading. I wasn’t sure how he’d transform it into a watercolor look, but because I was asking for dark and moody colors (navy, dark purple, wine, etc) I just wanted to trust the process. I came back a month later for the color and left in tears. I don’t even know how to explain what he did, but it’s not watercolor and looks nothing close to what I asked for. There is no gradient shading, the colors are wrong and my flowers have what look like stripes. The stripes make it look so busy and messy that you can’t even tell what it is at a glance. I’m devastated. This is now permanently on my arm. I feel embarrassed at how it looks. I spent over $1200 on this and I hate everything about it. I was in shock when he asked me what I thought. I didn't even know what to say. I didn't want to be rude and upset him and I didn’t want to speak without calming down. All I could think to ask him is about how it will fade as it heals and that it looks like stripes. I told him it wasn’t blended. He said we could blend it more, but my arm was on fire at that point. I’d been worked on for 3.5 hours. I also didn’t trust him to fix it at that point, so I told him I’d keep in touch. I won't be back for any type of touch up or correction. I don't feel comfortable at this point so I'll have to find someone else to fix it. Even with fixing it, it won’t look like what I wanted. It’s permanently ruined. The best I can hope for is just filling it in. It’s a literal opposite of what I wanted. I did reach out to let him know. He apologized and after a few days of speaking, he did refund $600. Josh is a talented tattoo artist, but watercolor or that gradient style of color doesn’t seem to be in his wheelhouse. I’ve included photos of my request and what I received.
