Broken Lantern Tattoo

The tattoo artist that did my tattoo he did awesome but I don’t remember his name. But he did a good job on my son’s name on my wrist.

I had two tattoos that were almost 20 years old that had greatly faded from age and living on the Jersey Shore. Ricky Tangemann did a fantastic job of not only bringing them back to life, but also better than when I first got them. The two tattoos honored my daughter and sons colleges along with military service so they were equally happy to see them renewed. It doesn’t take long to understand why they’ve been voted Charlestons Best. Cameron was also fantastic in giving me advice on how to restore my tattoos.

Professional and super friendly. Shane was amazing and I love my tattoo! Highly recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently worked at Broken Lantern as a guest tattoo artist for a few weeks and hands down, they are one of the best shops Ive ever worked in. Ive toured several shops in the US so far this year, and have also been tattooed in many others over the years... and these folks truly are incredible. Big shout out to their main manager, Cameron, who is organized, communicative, and just all around projects good vibes. All the artists are super talented- it was really a privilege to get to work with them. The shop itself is clean and comfortable and each artist has their own little nook which makes for a much more intimate and experience. Glen, the owner and Shane one of their senior artists are one of a kind and very approachable despite their many years tenure. I strongly recommend everyone go here for your next project big or small!

Ricky did a great job on both mine and my daughters tattoos. They turned out beautifully.
