Staff was very welcoming. Eli was great getting my questions answered, as well as helping fit a new size piercing. Very accomodating, fast and easy. Definitely recommend him as a piercer!

My husband and I were in Scranton for the evening and happened across this clean and spacious Tattoo Shop. The staff were all Super friendly and very accommodating! Male artist made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable when I got my tattoo a few years back as a new adult. Not to mention he messaged me at all hours of the night after. After getting the courage to speak on my experience with others in the area I was shocked to find out I wasn’t the only one.

I don't know why this place has great reviews. Went in for my first tattoo and it looks really bad. I'm extremely disappointed. The stencil was amazing but the final product is completely lopsided and crooked. This experience made me decide that I will never be getting another tattoo again. I'm scared to even let anyone try to fix it in fear of it getting worse. I had multiple people tell me this is place was great but for fine line? Avoid this place at all costs. My tattoo was rushed and I feel like I have to spend thousands of dollars to remove it now. Thanks electric city tattoo
