the lady with all the face piercings was very rude to my best friend and i when we first went to get our piercings. i had to go back because she put a tiny bar in my belly which caused it to swell & bruise badly to the point i couldn’t sit right. when i went to go get it changed to a longer bar she had an attitude once again & charged me for her to fix it even though it wasnt my fault at all. i will never go back here EVER AGAIN.

lauren was so kind and awesome, made sure we were all comfortable and all 3 piercings went smoothly :) never had a bad experience here!

Came in with a friend to get some piercings, piercer was very unpersonable, and seemed like she was bothered by us there. She also wanted to show another worker how she was doing my piercing, and started yanking the clamp around while talking to him, which was really uncomfortable. She didn't give us any aftercare instructions and just generally seemed annoyed.
