i got 2 piercings had a lot of pain and trouble healing both. i’ve had many piercings from other shops and didn’t have this much pain. decided to go to another shop to get them looked at and removed if needed. they stated they both were infected, placement was not good, both needed to be removed. ihave a large keloid inside my ear and i’ve been having headaches since i got them done. in healing process now :(

I’ve gone here for piercings and tattoos. I never really had an issue until recently.. A while back I got my Bellybutton pierced by an apprentice at the time Which I later had to take out because she took way too much skin and the piercing was pulling backwards and would not heal.. I went back to get it pierced again about a year and a half later Just to have it rejected again. I went back recently to get two piercings with my friend and although everybody was nice, it took a very long time to get serviced and even during my service it was a constant stop and go game To where it just took way too long.. I had mentioned something about my belly button piercing, and he had told me that we could pierce it again for a third time and just do it in between the scar tissue. After my appointment, I had gone to a different piercing shop because my eyebrow that I just got pierced had the jewelry falling off, The people at the shop told me that all of the aftercare I was told was absolutely incorrect and unprofessional, and also told me to not get my bellybutton pierced again because now the whole top of my belly button is all scar tissue because of damage they did… I would not recommend coming here for piercings, even though it is cheap, Once again, all of the staff were nice and patient, but I just feel like they don’t know what they’re doing.

although everyone was kind here i’m not happy with my experience otherwise. everyone seems super chill and nice but i wasn’t satisfied. so i have been there a few times to get jewelry changed and it always took a really long time i have waited for an hour+ just to get jewelry changed and one of the piercers had a very hard time changing my jewelry and pinched me a lot. recently i got 2 ear piercings there one of which is crooked i cant get anything directly underneath it like i had planned. i was advised to use bactine which i know is too harsh as ive had 11 piercings before these 2 so definitely didn’t do that. the piercer also talked a lot and kept pausing during my service which made it even more uncomfy and prolonged the pain. i really wanted to give needle masters a chance but i wont be coming back:(

Just went to get a piercing and front counter girl with pink and black hair was very rude, didn’t feel welcoming when we walked in at all was very disappointed in general service!

Husband and i got a tattoo yesterday and the 2 that did it were fantastic. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable on their craft. Highly recommend these guys.

I wish I could give less than a 1-star! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO FOR ANY PIERCINGS!!!! I have attempted to call the studio several times, with the call always “getting disconnected”, attempted to reach out via Facebook Messenger with no response! The advice of being told to use Antibacterial soap twice daily for piercing cleaning here to find out is not the proper aftercare treatment, turning the earrings is NOT proper aftercare treatment and the kicker of it all being told to apply Bactine to the ear piercings to help with the discomfort is a HUGE NO! Even on the Bactine site it directs you not to use on body piercings since they are puncture wounds! As this was not my first piercings (but has been well over a decade since my last piercing) but my first at this studio, it is my own fault for not doing my research first! But now I know for future references and in hopes to help others with ensuring you do your research before going somewhere!

Me and my bestie got matching tattoos, she was fast and so much fun!!! She did a great job on them!!
