This was my first experience here and I’ll for sure be back! They took me as a walk in, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the tattoo artist, Scott was very talented and friendly. I can’t wait to get my next tattoo!!
Brian absolutely nailed everyone of my tattoos. Love the environment and cleanliness. My new place for sure.
I would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt “thank you” to Scott for his impeccable service. He was very patient and kind from my consultation to my tattoo application as well as specifying the aftercare instructions. He explained the process in depth and was personable in doing so (which put my mind at great ease :). His works of art are perfection! My tatoo is an exact replica of the photo I submitted - spot on. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the establishment and the artists’ sanitary practices. I couldn’t have had a better (first time) experience. Thank you Scott!
My piercer did not use the correct bar for my piercing and it got very sore and infected one night a few days after the piercing therefore I needed to take it out, they now want to recharge me for new jewelry and for the piercing that wasn’t done correctly from the start. Watch for hidden fees as well!!! I would not recommend anyone for piercings!
I brought my almost-8-year-old daughter in to get her lobes pierced today. HIGHLY recommend. Cassidy was absolutely amazing with her - very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. The shop was clean, the needles were sterilized, and I was highly impressed with the surgical-grade equipment and disinfectants used. Child ear piercing has come a LONG way from the days of mall piercing guns and this is the only way to do it in my opinion. We will definitely be back!!
Kind people, but I paid for helix jewelery then left to put it in myself as I knew how to do that kind of jewelry already, and the gem kept falling out. I immediately wen t back in where I paid 10 plus dollers to have a piercer put the jewelery in for me because as they said "Oh the metal just needed bent a bit you were doing it right ". I like this place it's just kind of upsetting I paid good money for good jewelry and had no one tell me I needed to modify it before it could be used properly. I was just more upset I wasn't able to be informed so I could have been able to use my jeweley I paid for without having to come back. To be fair, I would've paid the extra money at the start if I was told it needed modified before use, I have no issue paying piercers for their expertise and work! I would love to return either way as I love the artist and piercers, my tragus is wonderfully done and healed from here! I only share this to maybe suggest telling clients about the modification first! No hate 🫶
Yesterday July 9th, I got my very 1st tattoo at 66 years old, it wss an honor tattoo for my daughter who passed July 12th 1 year ago, and you did a wonderful job, even tho I was real picky and maxe you redraw it 4 or 5 times. It was worth every cent.Thank You Couture Tattoo!
