Breaking skin tattoo and body piercing

I got a Medusa piercing and an Ashley piercing. The bar for my Medusa piercing was too short and it unscrewed and I couldn't get back in because the bar was too short and my lip was swollen. I still have my Ashley piercing because the bar was actually long enough. I asked the piercer if they do dermals and they said they didn't but now apparently they do dermals. I'm very unsatisfied with my experience and I feel I should be comped further Medusa piercing but I'm not even going to try to argue that. I will go to HotRod from now on. Do not trust the piercing here.

I got a daith piercing here a couple weeks ago by Faith and it was an awesome experience. Firstly, I showed up a half an hour early because an appointment I had earlier in the day ended sooner than expected. She took me immediately anyway and didn’t make me wait which I greatly appreciated. I was nervous for the piercing because it’s been awhile since I’ve gotten one but Faith made it quick and painless! She was so easy to talk to and really calmed my nerves. When I go back in the future I’ll definitely request her again and I highly recommend her! 10/10 experience and my piercing healed quickly and I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. Faith Rocks! Ask for Faith!

I brought my daughter in to get her nose pierced and Faith was amazing!!! She was so sweet and bubbly and extremely thorough on teaching my daughter how to care for her new piercing. Her whole vibe helped my daughter to be more relaxed during the process. 100% recommend this shop! I was so impressed with my daughter’s experience that I returned a week later for a small tattoo I have been wanting and had another stellar experience with Shelby. Again she was very knowledgeable and honest on her recommendations of placement and she as well was extremely organized and hygienic. I will definitely be returning for more art and will recommend this shop to friends, family and strangers😊😉

Clean shop, friendly staff, great work. Speedy has done an amazing job on two tattoos for me and Lexi is the best piercer I've experienced! Highly recommend!
