Rock N Roll Tattoo & Piercing

My experience here and with Brad was simply amazing! He made my daughter’s birthday night by making her comfortable and handling us with care. The prices were reasonable compared to Hillsborough Tattoo who wanted to charge us rent prices for the same exact piercings! I highly recommend this place for piercings!

After switching from Sheanna to Victor, I had SUCH an amazing experience at rock n roll tattoo!! Victor made sure I was comfortable with the size/placement of the tattoo (as well as the price) from the beginning. He was very professional and took his time with the lines and shading. I appreciate that he was such an awesome person to chat with while he did my ink! I hadn't realized how much I had needed to get off my chest lol. Thank you so much, Victor! Hope you enjoy the Blink concert 😁 I'll definitely be back for my next tattoo if Victor is available 👌

I came in to get a piercing with Bradde and I had a great experience as always! He was super professional and explained everything ( I was very nervous ). I always come back just to get pierced by him! HOWEVER I had a horrible experience within the shop. :( A male that was behind the counter with a thick accent was yelling at a female employee. He called her her stupid, and she looked so sad. It made me feel very awkward, and I wanted to help, but I did not want to make the situation worse. I hope this is not how he treats employees normally, however, with him feeling comfortable doing it in the shop while other customers were there, I feel like it happens often.

We had the best experience getting our 6 year olds ears pierced! Bradde was great with her. He was patient very nice and made sure she was comfortable. She left with 2 different sparkly ear rings and very excited!

Got a Rook & Helix today, Lee (I believe his name was Lee, he was an older gentleman) was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Definitely will be coming back for more if I’m ever in the area.

I came here for the $40 piercings day with Bradde and got my 2nd lobes done and my friend got her 3rds. We had a good experience when actually getting pierced however when we went to check out, we were told it was $80 each. I have never seen any shop charge lobes piercings as per lobe. This also wasn’t stated or clarified anywhere. And on the signs in shop it was saying that normally it is priced with lobes starting at $50. I think this would lead anyone to assume that it is for the set of lobes. Not lobe singular. I am extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. This is something that needs to be clarified before piercing and have better signage. Very bad experience.

I came here 5/26 to get a double lip piercing (snake bites) and the service was wonderful. The piercer Lee was experienced, friendly, efficient, and it was overall a pleasant experience. He put in extended bars to accommodate for swelling and I was instructed to return in a month to switch to shorter bars that wouldn't affect my teeth/gums. After a week or two, my swelling went down, and I called the store to ask if I could go get them switched out. The young lady at the desk (didn't catch her name, not great customer service anyways) assured me that I could get them switched as a walk-in, so I drove 40 mins to go get my bars switched. When I got there, she had me speak to Lee, who said it was too early. She should've consulted with him before giving me an answer, the entire point of the phone call was to save my time. I returned on the date of my scheduled appointment (6/26-today) and the lady at the desk (much nicer than previous, still didn't get her name) had informed me he was at a drs appt and would return later. I have work and could not make it back out to the store for another few days due to my busy schedule. I decided to change them myself, but I was not able to purchase jewelry from here since my piercer wasn't there. Overall, even though the important aspects of this place were pleasing (knowledge, cleanliness, safety,) the organization and service from the front desk was very disappointing.
