This is the first time i’ve ever felt compelled to write a review. This was the worst and most unprofessional piercing experience I’ve ever had. Kendal, the piercer, clearly had no proper technique. He didn’t remove my existing earrings to mark the correct placement, didn’t confirm anything with me beforehand, and I didn’t even see the results until it was too late. Made worse by screw-back earrings I wasn’t informed I’d be receiving. The piercing itself was botched. He pierced TWO holes in ONE ear, yet when I looked in the mirror there was only ONE earring in my right ear. Which he then had to pierce AGAIN. My left ear was even worse, he actually tore my lobe, which explains why it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Throughout the entire procedure he was visibly nervous, fumbling and even dropping a NEEDLE between my underarm. Ended up having to remove both of the 5th lobes due to them being uneven. Despite my high pain tolerance, the process was excruciating. My ears were left throbbing, bleeding profusely, and sore. And did I mention? the owner of this establishment, Rigo, made the entire situation even more uncomfortable. He was extremely rude and uncalled for, while I was getting pierced it was obvious that I was in alot of pain, and he said “why are you making that face, it doesn’t even hurt”. As for my sister he openly stereotyped her line of work based on her ethnicity. That type of ignorant and discriminatory behavior has no place in any business. There were only two people in this shop, the piercer and the owner..& neither one could even step in or offer an apology. This establishment is careless, unsafe, and unprofessional.

Got my Naval pierced for my birthday, Rigo (Owner/Artist) was so chill, knowledgeable, very thorough and helped me feel comfortable through the piercing process. He gifted me sterile saline for my birthday 🙌

Everyone is very kind and down to earth. The vibes are great! Got a small tattoo and my nose pierced they even offered to go over one of my older tattoos I got done there a few years ago. They do great work!
