Great, quality work and worth the time, skin, and money.
Jenny did such an amazing job! Really beautiful work.
Absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations! Daniel combined a portrait and lion with realism style and it turned out unbelievable. I have already received so many compliments on it. One person said to me they "couldn't stop looking at it." Worth every penny. I love it. Such a beautiful piece of art I'll have for the rest of my life.
Daniel does great work
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly. I came in with a very simple concept, two hearts with a small amount of text. Unfortunately, the final result was disappointing. Jenny did mine and my best friend’s matching tattoos. When she drew up the design, we were so excited and ready. Upon finishing the tattoo, it looked great and we were happy. However, we noticed almost immediately within the next coming days that the tattoos were healing poorly and not looking like what we have experienced, since both of us have numerous tattoos we’ve gotten previously. The ink looks extremely light and dull, almost like it’s already faded, even though I’ve followed proper aftercare. I’ve had multiple fine line tattoos before, all of which healed beautifully and required no touch-ups. This is the first time I’ve had a tattoo heal this poorly, which leads me to believe the ink wasn’t deposited properly or that low-quality materials were used. My best friend is also experiencing the exact same thing with the extreme fading and patchiness. Jenny stated that “fine line tattoos is common that they will need a touch up” but the ones I have had for years are so still extremely vibrant and neat looking. Jenny did offer a touch-up, which I appreciated, but I don’t live in North Carolina and frankly, I wouldn’t feel comfortable having the work redone by the same person after this experience. On top of that, she refused to offer a refund, so now I’ll have to pay another artist to fix or touch up a tattoo that already cost me $200 for something very small and simple. I was really hoping for a clean, lasting piece. Instead, I’m left with a faded-looking tattoo and added expenses. I would not recommend this artist based on my experience. I will post pictures of the immediate job, versus what I am left with one week later.
Jenny is an exceptional tattoo artist whose fine line work exceeded my expectations. My friend and I received matching tattoos, and the quality of her craftsmanship is truly remarkable. Additionally. The process was surprisingly comfortable; I almost fell asleep while she was working on my tattoo. Jenny's skill and attention to detail are commendable, making her highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality tattoo artistry.
I have a wonderful tattoo artist Daniel Costley, and we've started a massive piece that's going to go up my whole side. The shop is clean and well kept, they fill the front room with art and paintings the artists work on when they're not tattooing. Lee and Jenny are the other artists, I see Jenny more often than Lee, but I've only been to the shop on mondays for my sessions. All the artists are extremely talented and super nice. They are super busy too, the artists are typically booked months in advanced unless they have a cancellation. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to get new ink, the work is impressive and there's just really good vibes here.
Lee is a true master of his craft. A bit of logistics with an in-person only communication and crash only, but so worth it. Very pleasant, shop is super clean. Pricing is a bit high but again, worth the quality.
