Apocalypse Girl Tattoos

Mr. Lane was able to fit me in on short notice and really set the bar high! Very talented and kind folks through and through! Definitely will be going back for more pieces to get done!

Me and my wife saw Zak to get our wedding bands tattooed. Zak did a great job and was honest about the nature of finger tats fading, he even offered a free touch up as a wedding gift. I met with him for a consult and he was really helpful brainstorming and planning my next bigger piece. Also really appreciated the shops cleanliness and Zaks diligence in sanitizing the entire work station in between me and my wife’s session!

Zak did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable on all things tattoos. He does a great job on bringing your idea to life! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had Zak do two of my tattoos. The first piece is a silhouette of the Grand Teton mountain range. He took ample time sketching and perfecting the design to ensure I was happy with it. The process was super easy thanks to him. I was so satisfied with how Zak treated me and impressed by how skillful, dedicated, and kind he was the first time, I decided to book him again. This time, I got a lower leg sleeve. The tattoo consisted of 63 hexagons which will be filled with a design representative of each National Park, as I visit them. I consulted with Zak for a few weeks about this project. He took his time drafting and drawing up ideas so I would be more than satisfied with the result. I got it today and he was really excited to start on it. It is always a good feeling to not only have a good artist, but one who genuinely enjoys their profession. If I could, I would give Zak, and Apocalypse Girl Tattoo 6/5 stars, but 5/5 will have to suffice.

I had an awesome overall experience, when I went for my appointment with Zak this past Sunday. Zak was super respectful and provided a great service. He showed expertise and I loved the art that was done by him, kudos!

Walked in for an arm band tattoo, entire staff was very chill and fun to be around, Jzus was professional and did a fantastic job! Will definitely be going back for my next piece!

Raven is outstanding! Her line work is crisp and perfect, and she has a light touch so it didn't hurt as much as other tattoos I've gotten in similar pain areas. She is easy to work with, and did a fantastic job.

INCREDIBLE shop: from the location(s) to the staff, THIS is hands down one of the best tattoo shops in North Carolina. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly to all with a chill but professional vibe from the shop manager. All are great artists and seem to get along well- fun, inclusive, and mentally stimulating shop convos that don’t shy away from a client joining in when value might be added. Normally, I will religiously book a tattoo appt., but I’ve had two very successful walk-in experiences that have quelled my ADHD impulse after going thrifting nearby (self-care at its finest, no shame!). This time, Lazaro was available for a black line drawing on my wrist. He was very knowledgeable about the progression of line fading/spreading over time along my veins and we collaborated to find the right size and placement. INSANELY impressed with his attention to detail concerning the fine line-work, dedication to honorable client comfort and ease of mind, and the finished piece was beyond well-done! I google searched around for about a week for a new shop to go to and this place did not disappoint. Solid 10/10 all around service, environment, and definitely the artists/art! Ciera did this manga panel for me and it’s identical to the page (probably my favorite piece now) The employees treat each other like family too so I’ll be coming here from now on!
