Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and Caroline did such a wonderful job with her. She was patience, kind, and explained everything to her as she went.

I’ve had 5 piercings done here and they were phenomenal!! I also had a tattoo done for my birthday. Now, I’m aware that the wrist is kind of hard to get perfect, but my artist offered free touch ups so hey no problem! Except, I emailed said artist in April about a touch up time in May and they were super responsive. Then, they told me they’d let me know a time for said touch up, since my schedule was tricky. Fun fact, it’s September and I never heard back about that May touch up.

Caroline was very gentle while piercing. She was super friendly and very welcoming. Would come back for another piercing done by her!

I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced this morning! Caroline is so kind! My girl was so comfortable and relaxed. The pink chair and glitter mask definitely helped with any pre-piercing jitters. No tears were shed and they're so cute! She covered all of the aftercare instructions and we left with everything we needed for healthy happy ears.

Caroline talked my sister through the whole process and reassured her she’s supper nice and really patient!

I took my 8 year old who hates flu shots but was determined to get her ears pierced before school started. Not only did the piercer take time to explain everything and let her feel and touch the things she could but she gave her a stuffy to squeeze! We had our family and two friends and she was so patient while she kept saying she was scared and we would tell her what it feels like. When it was time- she was quick! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
