It was first time there, everyone was so polite and welcoming honestly great service all around and the piercer dean was super calm and informative about my piercing

this place is truly great however, dean should really pay more close attention to the placement of his piercings. i got my angel fangs done by him and one of them was higher up than the other and i had said something when after he pierced them (the placement he did with the pen looked fine) and he and the woman at the front desk said it was just the swelling. i said okay whatever and when i got them downsized 2 weeks later, they still looked crooked. i ended up taking them out because it was bugging me. dean was also not very talkative and seemed like he didn’t wanna be there which made me feel a little anxious. i think nick has the most enthusiasm but overall this place is really great just some things need to be worked on :)

Horrible tattoo artists. Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They hire anyone who can draw a stick figure.

yesterday i went in to get my vertical labret pierced. the piercer nick was very nice, however my piercing was extremely crooked. somehow i didn’t notice until hours later and had it removed elsewhere. i wouldn’t return to get another piercing again. lol refusing to give me a refund because “i should have said something” i didn’t notice until hours later and it’s not my responsibility for your piercer’s mess up. also the owner of the studio that removed the piercing for me told me it wasn’t the first time he heard about a messed up piercing from this place.
