Valley Tattoo & Body Piercing

Took my 14 year old daughter to get her nose piercing today and she got a bit woozy, they took such good care of her and went the extra mile to make sure she was okay. The piercing came out great as well! Best customer service ever experienced at a tattoo shop or for that matter anywhere really.

A friend and I had went to get nose piercings done. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. The owner who is also the guy who does piercings was very aggressive , He was very rude, he was very unprofessional. I wanted a0 nose piercing on both sides of my nose. 1st he did not let me see where he was piercing my nose. usually when going to a piercer they will let you see where they have placed the mark to pierce you before piercing and he did not let me see where he was about to pierce me. You could imagine the horror when I looked in the mirror when he was done and the piercings were not symmetrical they were very crooked. I was very upset with what he had done. He continued the process to start piercing my friend's nose, she only wanted one side of her nose. When he had placed the mark on her nose for the piercing she then asked if she could get up and see where he had placed it when she did not like where he had placed the mark on her nose for the piercing to be this is where he began to be very rude and aggressive. When she had placed a new mark on her nose for the piercing to be he told her no, that that's not where she wanted it to be when that was clearly where she had made the mark for the piercing to be. When she Was happy with where the mark was he continued the process to Pierce her. When he pierced her he pierced her nose halfway and then would then continued to push the needle through it was not a fast one shot pierce. He was not quick on putting the jewelry in her nose. he left the needle in her nose for several seconds close to a minute before he placed the jewelry in and when he placed the jewelry in her nose he was very aggressive. My friend also wanted her ears pierced she was not happy where he had pierced her ears she wanted a second hole and And he pierced the 2nd hole that was supposed to be going up the ear underneath the 1st hole. I spoke up and told him to look at my nose piercings again because they were not even he continued to tell me that they were.if I could post a picture I would but it does not give me the option to. I asked him if he could repierce the hole because I was very upset with the way my nose piercings had came out the 1st time he said that he would redo. in my mind I thought that he was going to let me see where he was going to Pierce me the second time to make the piercings even on my nose. He made the mark on my nose where he would place the 2nd time around for the piercings and I continued to try to get out of the chair to look in the mirror that was behind him he pushed his body up against mine and told me not to get up but I told him that I wanted to see and he told me no repeatedly I was very afraid for my safety at this point because he was not letting me out of the chair and he was very close to me with the needle in my face ready to redo my nose but I asked him many times to let me see where he was going to Pierce my nose again since the 1st time it had came out really bad. I looked over at my friend in fear and he went ahead and pierced my nose the 2nd time without my OK. Again when I got up and looked at my nose for the 2nd time after the 2nd piercing I was very upset because they were still very crooked and off but to him since he is supposedly perfect in his mind he said that they were fine. After this I figured it was better then the 1st time around. He gave us a free bottle of piercing cleaners "for are little troubles ". I'm very upset about my experience at this shop shop this man was very rude very aggressive he was very unprofessional I called back to Express my feelings he again was very rude and told me to go back so he could take the piercings out and refund me unto me but I would not let this man near my face again.

We love Valley Tattoo! We came at closing time trying to get my bad mall ear piercings out, Steve not only did a great job helping us but he also didn’t charge us anything for it! I also got my nose pierced here about two years ago which was also a great experience. We will be coming to Valley Tattoo for all of my future piercings!!

I went to this location with a good friend of mine and I got my dermal done by the owner Steve. I absolutely love my piercing and I really appreciate how sanitary he was! I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings and a tattoos.

Steve helped me out in a big way by bringing me 2 studs for piercings I got somewhere else that had come apart and got lost. I was kinda freaking out because they're newer piercings (received 2 weeks ago) and I was at work. I don't know know too many places that would do that for somebody especially somebody that wasn't even a client. They have gained a new client or my future tattoos and piercings along with recommendations for piercings and tattoos. 100% grateful for Steve.

Steve did a good job on our daughter ears and I will not downgrade his work he did a great job. However his attitude and sarcastic demeanor towards us was very distasteful. He had told us to use Bactine to clean her ears and if you look it up it’s not recommended to use on piercings. He belittled my wife about not giving her Tylenol before the appointment. No where in his text messages did he mention before hand that to her. I think Steve should do more research about Bactine and be kinder to people who have children doing this for the first time to get their ears pierced.

Jed did my piece he’s a chill dude and great artist! Definitely got me right. Will forsure be hitting him up when i’m back in the valley!
