Better late than never for a review. I contacted several tattoo/piercing shops before deciding on ECBP after speaking with Delia. Besides, some of the replies to previous reviews made me chuckle rather than be hesitant to come here. It added character in all the right areas including the shop having a cute, relaxing and clean atmosphere. To be honest, I'm glad that I came here to get my septum done instead of going anywhere else. So, what would a sensible person do on a whim after hearing there was open availability? You guessed it, I jumped in my car and drove. I tried not to get too worked up over my decision since I knew I was going to do it anyhow, because what else was there to consider? Worst case scenario, I simply remove it if I don't like it. Well, that was not the case because I love it! Delia was really easy to talk to, which for me it was reassuring-- especially answering all of my mundane questions. I love her! If you need a patient yet great hype lady for piercings, she is the one! I would absolutely go back to her for future piercings.

I absolutely love coming in here. I've had many piercings done by Delia over the years and I just love her. I finally went in for some tattoo work by Pedro and he was just wonderful. He carved out special time for me and did everything and more that I was looking for. Can't wait to come back for more tattoos and piercings again. Everyone here is awesome.

Went in for a simple piercing and honestly wish I hadn’t. The guy doing it looked like he’d rather be anywhere else, and kept fumbling around like he’d never held a needle before. My piercing ended up crooked, sore, and just… bad. While I was in the chair, another employee was literally sitting in the corner playing Candy Crush with the volume all the way up. The whole place felt unprofessional and rushed. Now I’m stuck with a piercing that looks like it was done during an earthquake. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about what they’re doing.

I had gone to this place on Tuesday because I was getting a new piercing for my birthday, I wanted my industrial and had the anatomy for it but the piercer told me I had too many piercings, i looked up pictures and a ton of other people had the same ear setup as me and still had it, she just didn't want to. When she said I couldn't get it, i asked if I could get my tragus done. I could feel the needle get stuck half way thru and when I went back to the car to take a picture, she COMPLETELY missed the dot. My earring was literally in my head instead of on my ear. She didn't tell me really anything about it except on how to clean it. its Saturday now and i slept on my side(where I got pierced) because I move around a lot in my sleep, the earring had gotten sucked into my skin and I tried pulling it out yesterday, I told my mom I would switch the jewelry on my own and we didnt go then.(it closed at 5 and when my mom called it was around 4 and we live far away so they were gonna be closed anyway. The entire front part of it closed up and I am now trying to pull it out thru the back. My mom called 4 times yesterday when they finally answered and she tried calling again today, i asked her if she could call and ask if it was a ball you twist on or push in. She tried calling a bunch of times and no answer. I asked her if she could try again 2 hours later and she called 5 times. Some guy didnt answer the first 2 times and kept answering just to hang up after she starts speaking. i would NOT recommend going to this place and its definitely not worth it for a cheap piercing.

Just got my lip re pierced very lovely people and the lady did fantastic she checked if my hole was still open first (it still looked kinda open) and we proceeded from there! Great price aswell if I want another piercing I’ll be sure to go back! Definitely recommend

I’ve had such great experiences getting pierced here over the past few years! All 3 of my nose piercings and 2 of my ear piercings were all done by Delia. She makes the whole process quick, comfortable and easy. In addition to that, she has also taken the time to help me figure out which piercings would suit me best, which has been super helpful and made me feel even more confident in my style. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns about my piercings in the past and entered the shop to get advice, I’ve left feeling completely reassured. The shop is always really clean and has a cute, stylish vibe. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!!
