I don't think the lady knew what she was doing. My piercing on my lip was so swollen that u couldn't see the stud the next morning and I had to take it out. Lips were all black and blue also. My girlfriend got her nose pierced, and it doesn't look right at all.It is off center and the ring is so large that it sticks out about half an inch on the outside. The lady said that she ordered the wrong rings and her boss told her to use them anyway. They charged us $56 for eachpiercingwhich I thought was ridiculous. We spent $215 there and were very unhappy.That we'll never go back.

Went into the establishment two weeks ago to have my nose ring changed out. The original piercer was not there. There was an a tattoo apprentice there who was very nervous hand, shaking, dropping the nose rings on the floor. After 45 minutes she finally got the nose ring in and I can understand being nervous. With that being said it has fallen out twice since I had it put back in. I don’t believe it was tightened correctly and I can’t do it myself with my nails so I called this evening and spoke with her. She told me that she would be there until 730. I got off work early drove 15 minutes there got there exactly 7 o’clock only to be told that she was done at 7:30 and she would not be able to help me because the lady was going back to get something pierced. I was willing to wait. I was willing to pay for the new earring the charge to put it in and I’m sure leave a tip as I always do but again was refused service by the gentleman at the counter who was very very rude to me. I just don’t understand this level of customer service. I believe their apprentice went back and told him that I was up there and apparently she didn’t want to deal with me or help me out and I was never nothing but nice when I came in originally to have it switched out, she even poked me in the eye with the needle that she was using to place the new earring in causing it to bruise and I didn’t even say anything about that. Again, just very very frustrated. My time is important. I’m a 56 year old woman that simply was trying to pay for a service and was treated horribly.

Tonight, I brought my son in to have her nose pierced. The piercing artist was a fantastic girl. She was professional, courteous, and picked the ideal location for my son's piercing. She also completed the procedure quickly and in accordance with all hygienic and sterilisation guidelines. We didn't have to wait long, and the entire piercing procedure went quickly. The cost was also really affordable. Definitely, we'll be back for any and all piercings in the future. Very impressed.

The piercer was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and easy to get to. The only downside is the parking, which backs up to somewhat busy road

We walked in and I got a helix piercing and my son got tattooed! Brandon is FAST and a great guy to hang out with!

Brandon is the absolute best. Blasts Britney Spears or Slaughter to Prevail every time me and my boyfriend go in. Tattoos from him feel like being kissed by a million tiny angels. Would recommend to everyone alive if I could. I have 5 pieces from him so far and plan on continuing to come back for the rest of my life. Would rate 10 stars if I could<3
